Physical Therapy
Available in-person and via Telehealth (Telehealth appointments are offered to patients located in Florida).
Your initial evaluation is a 45-60-minute comprehensive assessment, including:
Full-body movement screening
Detailed physical examination
Review of your medical history and specific problem areas
Together, we will identify any physical limitations affecting your daily life, clarify your personal goals, and establish clear expectations for your treatment. From there, we create a personalized roadmap outlining where we start and how we will achieve your objectives.
All treatment sessions are one-on-one and may include hands-on techniques such as:
Soft tissue mobilization
Joint mobilization
Cupping
Scraping
Dry needling
Kinesio taping
These techniques are designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore function. Every session also includes corrective exercises tailored to your needs.

Wellness Treatment
Offered in-person and via Telehealth, our 45-60-minute sessions begin with a comprehensive needs assessment to create individualized programming, education, and ongoing support tailored to your goals.
Wellness services focus on:
Injury prevention
Pregnancy and postpartum support
Continuation of care after completing physical therapy

Follow-up sessions are available with flexible durations, and custom packages can be arranged upon request.
Dry Needling
Offered in-person only, dry needling sessions begin with a 45-minute physical therapy initial evaluation. This comprehensive assessment identifies active trigger points in areas causing pain or restriction.
The initial session includes dry needling treatment, with follow-up sessions available lasting 30 minutes to continue addressing your needs and promoting lasting relief.
Exercise Programming
Offered In Person or Virtually: Our personalized exercise programs are designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall function while supporting your individual goals. Each program begins with a comprehensive assessment to evaluate movement patterns, identify limitations, and develop a safe and effective plan tailored to your needs.
Programs may include:
