Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

 Comprehensive, one-on-one evaluation and treatment for pelvic floor dysfunction. Sessions include a detailed assessment of pelvic floor, core, breathing, posture, and movement patterns to identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop an individualized treatment plan.

May Address:

  • Pelvic pain

  • Prenatal and postpartum care

  • Core dysfunction

  • Urinary or bowel symptoms

  • Pain with intercourse

Visits may include hands-on therapy, internal or external pelvic floor assessment (with consent), movement retraining, and progressive exercise.


Orthopedic & Post-Surgical Physical Therapy

(Insurance Accepted)

Individualized physical therapy for joint pain, injuries, and post-operative recovery. Each session focuses on restoring mobility, strength, and confidence through evidence-based treatment and progressive exercise.

May address:

  • Back and neck pain

  • Shoulder, hip, or knee pain

  • Headaches and TMJ

  • Overuse Injuries

  • Sports injuries

  • Post-surgical rehabilitation


Dry Needling Treatment

Targeted treatment to relieve muscle tightness, trigger points, and persistent pain. Thin, sterile needles are applied to affected muscles to reduce tension and improve movement.

Dry needling may be integrated into your physical therapy plan of care or scheduled as a stand-alone session when appropriate.

Insurance coverage varies. Cash-pay options available.


Pelvic Support Visits

(Cash-Based Wellness Services)

Supportive, education-focused sessions for individuals seeking pelvic health guidance without medical diagnosis or skilled physical therapy treatment.

May include:

  • Core and pelvic floor coordination exercises

  • Pregnancy or postpartum support

  • Preventative pelvic health strategies

  • Bladder habit education

These visits are wellness-based and are not submitted to insurance.


Wellness & Performance Programming

(Cash-Based Services)

Individualized strength and movement programming designed to support long-term health, injury prevention, and continued progress after completing physical therapy.

Ideal for:

  • Transitioning from PT to independent exercise

  • Return-to-sport progression

  • Structured strength programming

  • Ongoing accountability and movement coaching

These visits do not include medical diagnosis or skilled PT treatment.
